GoogleSpy is a site that I occasionally used for adwords research, which gave some interesting stats on advertisers in my niches. However this site is not working very will at the moments. The owners/developers appear to have let it run down in preparation for their new site called
SpyFu.
SpyFu is in beta testing at the moment. However I believe it's going to be one of the best research tools out there. i have my own beta account and have been playing with it for a couple of days. The depth to which you can research a niche is amazing (all based around google adwords). You can look at the top advertises in you niche, see how they rank in organic search and adword search, see all of their other domains and links, redirect directly to their site. See related keywords, and lots more. Take a look for yourself and get a beta account they say there will be a discount for beta accounts when they release.
