Can anyone recommend a web designer? Paticularly interested in someone with experience in Wordpress blogs but goes a bit beyond that. This is the description I gave at Elance - only 4 bids so far and not too impressed with their portfolios:

"I need a women's health website redesigned with a Web2.0 feel and a matching wordpress blog incorporated.

The blog must be able to allow different contributors to sign up and receive individual log-ins (so they can be disabled if they disregard t&cs). Would like people to be able to view posts based on each poster as well as categories. Other plug-ins required include: auto ping, adsense added to posts, tags, categories, tag cloud, page links.

The webpage template needs to change all pages if changes made. Main content must be easy to add. Room for adsense and banner ads but not OTT. Contact form.

Designer must be able to transfer the site from its current host at 1&1 to SLHost account as I do not think 1&1 account has necessary tools for blog etc.

Bidders must have relevant samples in their portfolio.

Would like draft delivered within 1 week, sooner if possible. Final site within 2-3 weeks max. Minimal distruption to site. Payment on delivery.

Future updates and re-design of other websites will be offered if a good job done."


All recommendations would be most welcome. So far the bids are from companies who seem to have an emphasis on Flash sites in their portfolios and I really want someone who understands our kind of sites and marketing.
