I have a customer who cannot watch my camtasia videos - mind you he is the only one to have this problem.

Here is the message he keeps getting:
QUOTE:

I'm still getting the following message, despite all my efforts.

"The Camtasia Studio video content presented here requires JavaScript to be enabled and the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player. If you are you using a browser with JavaScript disabled please enable it now. Otherwise, please update your version of the free Flash Player by downloading here. "

There doesn't seem much point in downloading the player you suggest: if the videos don't run on the latest version of Flash Player, then they are unlikely to work on any other package. Also, although the player itself might be free, it is necessary to subscribe to the download site.

Please try to work what the problem is, otherwise I will need to request a refund, and I will be notifying ClickBank as well.

I have told him to try VLC player but he won't...anybody have any suggestions on what this dude is doing wrong OR I'm missing????

Help, I'd like to avoid a refund....
