I get this message after I have uploaded the latest version of joomla

NOW WHAT??? Any ideas on what I do next?

require_once( JPATH_LIBRARIES .DS.'joomla'.DS.'import.php';

I've been looking in the joomla forum and seems like heaps of people are having heaps of problems.

I'm reloading the installation folder just in case..

open to suggestions...

Are you installing the new version of Joomla? 1.5 that is.
