Here's a nifty little tool which will give you updates in real time to over 8 applications all at once. Keep track of Facebook, Myspace, twitter, flickr, feedburner and I can't remember the rest... It doesn't seem to have the facility to reply on twitter which is a bummer...unless I haven't found it yet. Check it out www.8hands.com
